Your Opportunity

The Going Places Street to Home Program assists clients that are rough sleeping or experiencing chronic homelessness. It helps them to move into long-term stable housing utilising a housing first approach. Support focuses on achieving long-term lifestyle changes through strengths-based, person centred recovery orientated practice and supports clients by establishing individual case plan goals.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team in the delivery of program requirements to clients
  • Ensure the ongoing development and improvement of the programs
  • Undertake performance reviews and evaluations
  • Financial management for program, including compliance with program budgets
  • Mitigate risk to all staff, visitors and clients

Requirements for Success:

  • Experience in leading and managing a large and complex service delivery team
  • Relevant degree or qualification
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver service outcomes
  • Extensive experience in budget and financial management
  • Current open Drivers' license

Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
