Your Opportunity

This is a great opportunity to gain a qualification and kickstart your career in administration. You will undertake the necessary training required to complete the Business Administration Certificate whilst also supporting the regional office in providing administrative assistance and ongoing support to staff and clients within the Central West region.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Respond to incoming calls, redirecting calls, taking messages
  • Maintain the reception area and assist clients with general enquiries
  • Ensure the confidentiality and clients’ rights and information are respected
  • Maintain and replenish various office supplies
  • Undertake general administrative duties as requested
  • Support Managers and Direct Supervisors with any additional tasks

Requirements for Success

  • You will be committed to completing a Cert III or IV in Business Administration
  • A will have a genuine interest in working with the local community
  • You are culturally aware and able to work with people from diverse backgrounds
  • You will have strong written and verbal communication (phone manner and email)

Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
