Your Opportunity

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of programs across the Central and Far West Region, including providing direct line management to a multidisciplinary team of staff.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in delivering case management support to individuals and/or families and be able to utilise that experience to support and guide the team to provide intensive case management and well as evidence based group and 1:1 intervention programs.

The successful applicant will be required to liaise with internal and external stakeholders across the region to ensure programs are supported and resourced effectively and to ensure contractual obligations are achieved.

Mission Australia Central and Far West operates a range of services including youth, family, mental health, offender services and AOD. The successful applicant MUST have had experience in a similar role and managed staff and programs previously.

Your key responsibilities will to:

  • Drive consistency in the delivery of programs and to share ideas, knowledge and experience.
  • Coordinate the allocation of caseloads and clients to service delivery staff.
  • Monitor and support the progress of caseloads.
  • Maintain and oversee compliance to a range of service and site budgets
  • Conduct performance evaluations and annual reviews

Requirements for Success

  • Demonstrated understanding of the delivery of case management to disadvantaged clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and co-ordinate service delivery across a defined geographic region.
  • Tertiary Qualification and /or relevant experience in the human services industry.
  • Demonstrated project management skills and experience.
  • Relationship management skills with the ability to facilitate and negotiate across sectors (public, private or community) in delivering multi-party initiatives.
